It's the start of your week, so here's a quick rem It's the start of your week, so here's a quick reminder on #mindfulmonday to practice staying in the moment! Breathe in, notice the air in your lungs, and then let it all out. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ Even 2 minutes of mindful breathing (That's about 12 breaths) can have a huge impact on your mental health - it reduces anxiety, improves your mood, balances your nervous system and even helps you think more clearly!

So pause - breathe - and then go kick butt this week! ๐Ÿ’ช

I look at the date today with a mixture of shock a I look at the date today with a mixture of shock and gratitude and joy. Today marks the day I finally took the step to open my private practice. It feels surreal to recognize that a whole year has passed by since then, and I am flabbergasted by all the changes myself, and the collective world, have gone through. Transformation is hard. Change is frightening. But living authentically is worth it. Thank you to my friends, family and community for supporting this dream every step of the way!

Note the second set of slices, cooking once I realized I had abandoned my snack from 2 hours previous and was attempting to eat again.

This is the life of the easily distracted, the constantly multitasking, the mentally divided. Can you relate to that sort of day? Starting one task and then getting side tracked and forgetting entirely where you started?

Sometimes this is enough to shift our thinking to focus on what's really going on - instead of all the terrible ideas our brain can come up with!
